
Mint Tea - Good for health
1 cup water
1 tbsp tea leaves
1 tbsp or 1 cube of sugar
4-5 mint leaves
10-20 gm ginger
Process:
1) Boil water in a pan for a minute.
2) Add mint leaves and ginger, boil for another minute.
3) Add tea leaves, boil for 2-3 minutes.
4) Finally add sugar.
5) Filter your tea and your mint tea is ready.
P.S. If you want tea with milk. Then you can use half cup water and half cup milk instead of a full cup milk.
